CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before their appointment time to be able to move their deposit for their next appointment. Failing to do so will result in a lost deposit. A new deposit will have to be made again to schedule again. Deposits are non refundable, you are able to reschedule with the same deposit only once when rescheduling 12 hours before your appointment start time. If your appointment was pre booked in person and no deposit was made, you will still be responsible for paying it for any last minute cancellations. You will not be allowed to schedule again until the past due deposit is paid. When paying the remainder of the appointment with cash please bring exact change. Zelle, card, apple and Samsung pay are also payment options. I have a 7 minute late period, service must start at the 7 minute mark or appointment may need to be canceled and will result in a lost deposit. All canceling of appointments can be done on the booking site, to reschedule please send me a dm/text if no availability is showing online. Clients must not be using any acne medications when getting a wax service, doing so may result in sensitivity on the skin or skin lifting.
